Refund Policy

1. Instant Delivery & Non-Refundable Nature

When you purchase a Voltex Funding challenge, your account is provisioned and delivered instantly, giving you immediate access to trade. Because the account, trading conditions, and platform access are activated the moment your payment is confirmed, challenge fees are strictly non-refundable once an account has been issued.

This policy exists to keep our pricing fair and sustainable for all traders — instant delivery means we cannot "undo" an activated evaluation the way a physical product return works.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances after an account has been issued
  • Failing Phase 1 or Phase 2 of your evaluation
  • Breaching any trading rule, including the maximum drawdown limit
  • Dissatisfaction with trading performance, market conditions, or personal results

3. Payment Disputes & Chargeback Policy

Voltex Funding maintains a zero-tolerance policy for friendly fraud and chargeback abuse. If you initiate a chargeback or bank dispute for a successfully delivered service, your access will be instantly terminated, all virtual data deleted, and you will be permanently blacklisted from our platform.

At signup and at the moment of purchase, we record your IP address, device and browser details, and a timestamped record of your explicit agreement to these terms. This information serves as proof of service delivery and informed consent to our payment gateway, PalmPay, and to relevant banking institutions in the event of a dispute.

4. Exceptions We Will Review

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis strictly for genuine billing errors, provided the account has not been traded:

  • A duplicate or accidental double charge for the exact same challenge
  • Confirmed technical system errors that permanently prevent account delivery
